Ealing Law School Bursary Fund

Following the unprecedented success of the Michael Molyneux Bursary last year the Law School was delighted to launch the Ealing Law School Bursary fund, which will be awarded to a third year student with the best marks in their second year. 

With the financial pressures facing students only set to increase over the coming years we are keen to build the Ealing Law School Bursary into a sustainable award.

Hospitality Alumni Bursary Fund

The London School of Hospitality and Tourism is the number one provider of hospitality education in the country.

This year the School won the Queen's Anniversary Prize for Excellence in Hospitality education.  The prize sits within the national honours scheme and recognises the outstanding contribution made to the hospitality industry by University of West London's staff and students. 

In order to cement this reputation on the global stage and continue to build on its historic achievements for generations to come, the School is turning to its alumni and friends for support.

Compared to peer institutions in Europe and the US, we have very little available to students in the form of scholarships and bursaries.  You can make an impact on our students by donating to the Hospitality Alumni bursary fund.

Nursing and Midwifery Bursary Fund
 
The Nursing and Midwifery School at University of West London boasts an enviable reputation; it is currently ranked number one in England, and number two in the UK - second only to Edinburgh.

The rising costs associated with pursuing higher or further education often forces students to either drop out or seek to supplement their income.  This can prevent them from focusing fully on their studies. Finances are a concern for many of our students as they often come from low income backgrounds with little or no history of a university education.

You have an opportunity to help alleviate the financial burden of students today by donating towards the Nursing or the Midwifery bursary fund.

Last year, thanks to the generous response from our alumni, the School was able to help five outstanding students, who have run into financial difficulties through no fault of their own, to complete courses in Nursing and Midwifery.  Depending on how much is raised this year, the School will be able to help at least two more deserving students.

Ealing School of Art, Design and Media Bursary Fund

We must ensure that we remain accessible to deserving students, irrespective of their background. We cannot do that without increasing the financial aid available for Ealing School of Art, Design and Media students.

The aim of the Ealing School of Art, Design and Media Bursary Fund is to assist one or more students within the faculty who are facing challenging circumstances.

London College of Music Bursary Fund

The London College of Music boasts a reputation dating back to last century when it was founded in 1887 as an  independent music conservatoire based in central London.  It became part of University of West London's Faculty of the Arts in 1991.

The LCM Bursary Fund aims to recognise exceptional talent whilst also alleviating the financial burden these students may face.
