Problems logging in? Course list appears empty?

When we first moved to Blackboard version 9, some users experienced these problems, but the issue can usually be resolved by clearing your cache or deleting your old Blackboard cookies. The same process should also help if you experience any login issues after upgrading your internet browser.

Internet Explorer on a Windows PC

often just logging out then back in again will cure the problem.
