A pop up login box keeps appearing when I try to access files and courses in Blackboard - how can i stop this?
On some staff and student computers, when logged in to Blackboard a pop up login box may keep appearing asking them to log in to access documents and for displaying images such as course banners.
Below is a fix to stop this occurring that needs to be applied to the user’s browser settings (Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.6).
