Wherever possible, please contact the Helpdesk from your UWL email account. If you contact us using a third party email address (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail) we have no way of verifying that the person sending the email is a member of the University. We must be sure of your identity before, for instance, we issue a new password.
Problems accessing West London Online
While the IT Service Desk team will endeavour to resolve any issues you might have in accessing your account, in situations where you are experiencing difficulty with access through a 3rd party Internet Service Provider (ISP) from outside of the University campuses we may not be able to resolve technical problems that are outside the University’s control.
Technical problems using Blackboard ?
If your account does not feature the modules you are enrolled on, you should raise this with your programme or module leader.
