New Blackboard platform - now up and running
IT Services have migrated our virtual learning environment (VLE) Blackboard to an externally hosted solution. This will give us the ability to provide a more reliable Blackboard environment on more resilient hardware. The new system is hosted by Blackboard in the Cloud.
Going to http://online.uwl.ac.uk will take you to the Portal login page.
On this page, simply enter your usual UWL username and password to log in to Blackboard.
If you have already logged into the Portal, you will be taken straight into Blackboard without the need to log in again.

Please note that, to allow routine maintenance to take place, Blackboard may be unavailable between 2.00 and 5.00 a.m. every Saturday.
