Graduating from University? Register for a personal PebblePad account

If you are about to graduate or leave University, you are entitled to a free PebblePad account for 12 months.
This is provided so that you can take your PebblePad assets with you and continue to use PebblePad to support your personal learning and professional development as you move on to the next stage of your career.

To do this, in Pebble+ go to Tools & Resources > Personal Account

We really want you to have a PebblePad Personal account but...

Personal accounts are only free for the first year and start when you finish this sign up process.
If you are about to leave your institution and you would like to carry on using PebblePad for your personal and professional development you can click 'continue' to sign up for your personal account.
If not, click 'cancel' to return to your current PebblePad account. You can always sign up for an account later.

Cancel or Continue.

i.e. you should only do this when you have left, or are about to leave the University.

Please note that your University email account will expire 120 days after the end of your course (so by the end of September for most undergraduate courses). Once your email account has expired, you will no longer be able to access PebblePad, so please register for your free personal account before then.

Once you have registered for a personal account, you will also need to import your assets from your University PebblePad account into your new Personal Account.

To import assets to a Personal account from an existing PebblePad account please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at (http://www.pebblepad.co.uk/personal/login.aspx).  
    
2. Select Tools > Manage assets.
   In the new window under the section Import/Export Assets click on Import Assets.  Make sure the From a URL tab is selected.
    
3. Enter the URL of the PebblePad account you wish to import the assets from (http://www.pebblepad.co.uk/uwl/) along with your login credentials.  This will open a new window displaying the assets from that account; all assets should already be checked by default.
    
4. Click on the import selected button on the top right hand side of the window to import the assets.

  
Please note:
Very large asset lists (100+ assets) can take some time to complete. If you find that the service is taking over 15 minutes, please try selecting limited asset types first and repeating the importing process for a smaller list to enable the import to complete. Don’t worry if you select the same asset twice whilst repeating an import, it will not be duplicated in your new account.
