Job advertisements must comply with current UK employment and equal opportunities legislation, including those for positions based overseas. Employers must adhere to health and safety regulations and all other statutory requirements.

Employers are responsible for National Insurance contributions and Income Tax deductions.

Employers must ensure the provision of adequate insurance regarding both injury to the employee and claims against the employee for damages or personal injury.

University of West London Employment Service does not enter into contracts with students, graduates or employers.

The employer determines the suitability of applicants and is responsible for taking up any references and running necessary background or CRB checks before appointment.

The employer should be aware of the study obligations of students and not ask them to work in excess of 20 hours per week during term-time.

The employer should make applicants aware of the results of their interviews and inform the Employment Service when the vacancy has been filled.

We do not advertise work which takes place in private homes.

Employers agree to consider applications from International Students unless visa restrictions prohibit them from taking up the role on offer.
