Life in West London
Ealing and Brentford are widely regarded as one of the most desirable places in London to live. It combines a vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere with acres of spacious parkland.
Ealing
Ealing Broadway, at the doorstep of our Ealing site, West London campus, has
excellent shopping facilities, coffee shops, cinemas, pubs, wine bar and clubs, all offering a wide range of entertainment.
On Fridays the
Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre's Plaza area becomes an open-air market where stall-holders sell antiques and collectables.
Despite being one of London's largest boroughs, Ealing has a distinctively green and leafy atmosphere with more than 1,900 acres of park and open space.
Being just 30 minutes by
tube to central London, students can easily reach the sites, theatres, cinemas and other entertainment.
Our Ealing site is located near
Walpole Park and the famous
Ealing Studios. It is situated near historic Ealing Green, home to the 18th century
Pitshanger Manor Museum.
Students can travel between Ealing and Brentford for free, using the University's free shuttle bus.
For those interested in historic London, the world famous
Kew Gardens,
Osterley Park and
Syon House and park are all a short bus ride away.
Brentford
