Phil Hardman BA Photography and Digital Imaging I chose the University because of the Photography department's great reputation within the industry, also the University's location is fantastic for visiting exhibitions in and around the city centre. I plan to go into teaching after my degree. The lecturers are very supportive of this and encourage me to get involved within all aspects of Uni life. What I love most about my course is being surrounded by my biggest passion every day, experimenting with new techniques and receiving feedback from not only my lecturers, but also my fellow students.

Jessica French Advertising and Event Management I chose higher education because I wanted to have a career in something I love and am passionate about. I am a student ambassador and have chosen to use some of my hours on the job to fill work placements. I have been chosen to work at some very important events, inside and outside of the University, and as I study events, it works perfectly. The University offer me a lot of support in building my CV and covering letter, as well as providing me with lots of contacts within the industry.

Fowzia Adan Abdirahman BSc Psychology I chose the University as it's a modern multicultural university that welcomes people from all walks of life. I am passionate about making a difference to vulnerable groups in society, and after I graduate I am determined to enter the profession of social psychology. I am looking forward to working in this sector to understand how relations between people and groups are collaborated in our society.
