Deposit
Once you have accepted an offer of accommodation, you will be required to pay £500 deposit, which will be held for the period of your tenancy.
Your Licence Agreement
You will be asked to sign a licence agreement for a fixed period of either 44 or 52 weeks.
Should you decide to move out before the end of your tenancy, you will be liable for the rent unless you find a replacement.
