It is a specially designed educational environment where students learn the art of fine service and culinary practices.
Chef and Food and Beverage lecturers support our culinary arts and hospitality students, in ensuring that our guests enjoy a contemporary and elegant dining experience.
Pillars will now be open to the public on Thursday evenings during term-time in addition to serving the public four days a week during lunch-time. Find out how to book a table.
