Whether you are still at school, or about to leave school, you have many options open to you.

At University of West London we offer many courses that can help you progress on the path of your chosen career.

Hospitality and culinary arts

Whether you're interested in hospitality or cookery, we're bound to have a course to suit you.

If you're still at school and enjoy cookery, why not join our Junior Chefs Academy?

At the Academy, you will learn basic food and preparation techniques, which will give you a great foundation to move on to a full-time course if you’d like to continue with us when you’ve finished school.

See our Junior Chefs Academy pages for more information.

If you're finishing school and are hoping for a career in culinary arts or hospitality, why not study one of our Chef and Restaurant courses?

Supported by the Academy of Culinary Arts, they are designed to give you all the knowledge and skills you’ll need to build your career as a chef or restaurant manager.

We also offer a range of NVQs in professional cookery and professional patisserie and confectionery, and if you're interested in working in industry while you study for a qualification, you can choose from one of our apprenticeships.
