West London Online is a web portal providing students with personalised access to course materials, and acting as an entry point to the University’s online services.

West London Online is based on the Blackboard virtual learning platform and can be accessed by all students while they study at the University.

Lecturers make use of this site to upload Module Study Guides, handouts, presentations, assignments and other learning resources, and as a channel of communication with their students.

Your West London Online username is the student ID Number which appears on your Unique Card. This is the same username you’ll use to log on to your University student e-mail, or the University network.

You will be advised of your password by e-mail, after your University place has been confirmed, from late August / early September.

Once you have logged on to West London Online, you will see your active courses listed on the Home Page tab, or on the Courses tab.

Clicking on the name of the course takes you in to view the content which your lecturers have made available.

Please note that many courses In West London Online will not become available until term has begun. However before you arrive at the University you can use West London Online to test and improve your academic skills.
