WestFocus
WestFocus is a collaborative partnership between eight universities, one of which is University of West London, which means events are free to all University of West London students!
We offer a range of activities and services that are designed to support you and to release the full potential of your idea.
We:

identify suitable, support and available funding / competitions to take an idea to implementation, this can be a lifestyle business, high growth business vision or a social enterprise / community project

support intra-preneurship career routes, placements with existing entrepreneurs and improving employability skills

hold creative workshops eg the key to successful business planning, developing pitching, presentation and negotiating skills

deliver one to one interactive meetings for business advise and mentoring using strategic project planning tools

organise networking events eg international conferences, industry mentors, guest speakers

work in partnership with eight universities and local enterprise agency contacts to host enterprising three day summer schools and a variety of exhibitions and showcases to inspire and innovate your journey to success

identify links with industry eg linking your idea to the real world of business and social enterprise.
