Tuition fees

Equivalent or Lower Qualifications (ELQ) fees
In 2007, the Government announced that it would begin to phase out funding for UK / EU students studying for a qualification that is equivalent to, or of a lower level, than one they already hold.
This means that, if you already hold a Bachelor's degree for example, but wish to study for a DipHE or HND, you may no longer be entitled to pay the Home / EU fees. Higher fees will be applied instead (the ELQ fee).
