Pillars Restaurant

Pillars restaurant is an educational environment where students can learn the classical art of fine service and culinary practices, whilst offering guests an elegant dining experience.

This unique classroom provides our students with an authentic platform in which to learn:
  • restaurant management
  • time management
  • team building
  • other vital practical skills.
Our menus and service styles are designed by highly trained chef and restaurant lecturers to meet the different learning needs and career goals of our students.

During term time, Pillars is open for lunch from Monday to Friday 12pm - 1pm.

During the Spring semester, second year students plan and organise the whole of your dining experience with a series of themed dinners, some accompanied by entertainment.

The training production kitchens provide excellent opportunities for students to perfect practical skills.
