We offer a whole musical experience encouraging students to join ensembles and workshops, and engaging them in music in a fun, focused and supportive environment. This open day will give children and their parents an opportunity to find out more about Junior College.

We offer a whole musical experience encouraging students to join ensembles and workshops, and engaging them in music in a fun, focused and supportive environment. This open day will give children and their parents an opportunity to find out more about Junior College.
Registration begins at 1.30pm with refreshments, a welcome talk and music from the Junior College band.
Prospective students (children aged 9-14) can then take part in one of our workshops:
Musical Theatre workshop
If you're a singer/dancer/actor and enjoy Glee, then this workshop is for you!
Pop vocals workshop
A fun singing session with some of your favourite tunes. Everyone can take part and enjoy learning a new song with other children, culminating in a friendly performance for parents and friends.
Instrumental workshop
Create a piece from scratch using your own ideas and put it all together with new friends to create a musical masterpiece. Please bring your own instrument.
Music Technology workshop
If you want to learn more about music production and composing, this workshop is ideal! This is an opportunity to find out what Music Technology is all about and 'have a go' on the latest specialist equipment.
After the workshops there will be an opportunity for Q&A, advice and enrolment.
