The University's Senior Management Group (SMG) meets monthly.

Meetings consist of a mix of strategic and operational matters and serve as an important vehicle for communication, both upwards and downwards.

The Senior Management Group comprises the members of:

• Vice-Chancellor's Executive (VCE)
• Heads of Schools
• Heads of central departments.
