Media enquiries
The press office is the first point of contact at the university for enquiries from local, national and international media, and is responsible for issuing news releases and statements on behalf of the university.
We have extensive knowledge of the University as a whole and can direct enquiries towards staff members with expertise in a range of diverse subjects.
These include nursing, health, midwifery, psychology, law, business, hospitality, leisure, music, computing, technology, media and creative technologies.
If expert comment is needed in any of these areas, we can facilitate putting the media in touch with these experts.
Our team can also arrange for expert comments on HE policy and Higher and Further Education issues.
