Centre for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT)

The Centre for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT) is the University’s academic development unit. We embed our activities within schools and colleges, focusing on helping staff to design and deliver student-focused interactive courses and teaching approaches.

We provide support and development to staff through award-bearing and accredited programmes, professional recognition, online courses and CPD events.

What we do

The Centre for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT) runs a range of staff development events covering all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment including learning technologies. See the Teaching Hub for learning and teaching-related resources, upcoming staff development workshops and events.
