The West London Food Innovation Centre offers a range of services to companies in the food and beverage sector.

Technical lab

We have a range of equipment that measures, characterises and analyses the structure, texture and physical properties of food and beverage products. This information can then be used at early product development stages, durning formulation and/or during benchmarking of other products.

Other services include shelf-life and nutritional analysis.

Product development kitchen

Our product development kitchen is extensively equipped with high performing equipment to facilitate the product development process, from standard equipment right through to equipment for novel prototype development across various categories.

Our expert team at the WLFIC combines science and culinary expertise, which can help you bring your concepts to products in our facilities enabling you to re-produce your concept successfully.

Sebastian Stoklosa

Sebastian is the New Food Product Development (NPD) Chef at the West London Food Innovation Centre. Sebastian has over 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry and is extremely passionate about food innovation and consistently evolving food market.

Sebastian earned a foundation degree in Science from London South Bank University, graduated from Westminster Kingsway College with BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts and Business Management, and graduated from University of West London with MSc in Food Business Management.

As a NPD Chef, Sebastian provides expertise to food and beverage trades to improve their product lines using innovative food development techniques. He believes that driving forward innovations that supports new food trends will help shape the current customer demands.
