Applying with an Agent

The University of West London is partnered with a range of education agents around the world.

Utilising the services of an agent does not impact the likelihood of receiving an offer to study at UWL, however, some students may find the additional services they offer helpful in navigating an unfamiliar education and immigration system.

If you would like to be put in contact with an agent, please either visit the relevant your country page and contact the listed UWL representative or get in touch and we will advise.

  • Selecting an agent

The British Council has produced this student guide to choosing an education agent for students on selecting an agent. If you are in contact with an agent and wish to confirm that they are a partner of the University of West London, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

A full list of our official representatives is available on the direct application form. This is also where you can nominate an agent to represent you in the admissions process.

Please do not hesitate to contact us before nominating an agent, please either visit the relevant your country page and contact the listed UWL representative or get in touch with any questions you have.

  • UK Agent Quality Framework

The University of West London is a signatory of the Universities’ Pledge and is committed to the UK Agent Quality Framework.

  • Information for prospective agents

The University will undertake due diligence checks on all potential Agent partners. If you would like to become an Agent of the University of West London, you will need to complete an application form and provide detailed information about the organisation. We will require two references as part of your application. UK public sector university referees are preferred wherever possible.

Please contact the International Recruitment Team member responsible for activities in the country you operate in the first instance for further information. You can find the appropriate UWL representative on our country pages, or contact us at partners@uwl.ac.uk.
