Kim was appointed to the Board on 1 April 2021, after spending two years as a co-opted member of the Workforce committee.
Kim is a Senior Advisor for Advance HE where her role includes policy and consultancy work on governance, leadership and management. Before moving to higher education Kim worked in professional education, she worked for 20+ years at the Chartered institute of management accountants, then as a strategy and development consultant where clients included, JISC Advance, ACCA, ACT, IBMS and the International Integrated Reporting Council.
Kim is an MBA graduate from the Open University.
