Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub

This fantastic new sports hub is all part of our commitment to supporting the long-term health and wellbeing of our University community. This is one of London’s largest outdoor sports facilities and will make UWL a university with some of the best sports provision in the capital.

It will also really compliment the UWL Sports and Fitness Centre, so that students can access our gym and exercise classes on campus, whilst being able to access a whole range of facilities nearby that will help our sports teams flourish and grow."

Ealing Trailfinders

Our competitive football, rugby, netball and hockey teams train and play on the pitches and courts of Ealing Trailfinders.

The fantastic facilities at this professional rugby club are also available for all UWL students. In previous years our sports team have played their varsity games at Ealing Trailfinders.

Sporting clubs and societies

We have a range of sporting clubs that train weekly throughout the year. They accept members at any point in the year and will welcome you regardless of your experience level in the sport.

Find out more about sporting clubs on the Students' Union website.

There is also a range of recreational societies including dance, gaming and chess. You can even create you own society.

Each society organises different events and social gatherings throughout the year; joining a society is a great way to learn new skills and meet people.
