Drama Studio London, part of the University of West London, was established over 50 years ago and is renowned for delivering training for the next generation of actors by current acting professionals.

We are a founding member of the Federation of Drama Schools and are accredited by the Council for Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre (CDMT) and inspected by Ofsted.

Receive specialist conservatoire training

Drama Studio London has been providing successful professional actor training for fifty years.  Its motto is ‘For the Profession by the Profession’.  As a member of the Federation of Drama Schools it provides intensive practical classes in voice, movement, theatre and screen acting. All courses are designed to bring out the very best you have to offer, hone your ability, skills and confidence to have you industry-ready by graduation.

As a student at Drama Studio London you will benefit from full access to the facilities and support offered by UWL and the Students' Union. UWL's main west London site is a two minute walk from Drama Studio London and has an extensive library, study spaces, cafes and a brand new gym. You can also access all the student support services.

With degree courses across a range of acting, music and musical theatre specialisms, students regularly perform in a range of plays, recitals, concerts and workshops that are open for Drama Studio London students to attend.
