Dr Yu-Chun Pan received a PhD in Business Informatics at Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom in 2014.
He is also a certified PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments), MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), and P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Offices) Practitioner. He has worked closely with the industry to help organisations manage and benefit from IT-enabled change.
His research interests include enterprise information systems, change management, knowledge management, and business process modelling.
