He has performed with companies including Handel Opera, The Music Room, Barrezzi Opera, Northern Ireland Opera Trust, Musica Nel Chiostro, W10, and in addition, broadcast on BBC Radio and is also a frequent visitor to Finchcocks.  He also studied composition and conducting under Ron Rappoport. In October 2014, he had a new commissioned piece performed by the London Youth Choir under the direction of Suzi Digby OBE, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Dylan Thomas.

Ivor was elected as Warden of the Private Teachers section of the Incorporated Society of Musicians and now serves as an Appointed Council Member, and is a member of the Association of Teachers of Singing where he gave a presentation with Susan Yarnall at the 2011 annual conference on Digital Technology in the Singing Studio.
