For several years Jo has worked in the hospitality and events industry.
The main focus was on large scale operations at Edgbaston, Lords and the Oval cricket club and Lingfield racecourse and later smaller scale high end operations at the Livery halls in the city of London.
Having gained such extensive knowledge in operations led her to follow a career in teaching vocational courses. Since then her passion for food and health has driven her to undertake both a nutritional therapy course and a masters in human nutrition.
Jo believes that her desire for continual knowledge keeps her aligned in current nutrition issues which she can bring to the classroom which ensures that pedagogy is delivered to the highest standard.
