A qualified higher education lecturer (PGCAP - HE), Dr Michuki is an experienced lecturer with a keen interest in marketing theory and practice. He holds the higher-level professional qualification in marketing (from The Chartered Institute of Marketing) and several post-graduate academic qualifications in marketing and management. He was awarded the Chartered Marketer status in 2007 by The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CMktr).

Dr Michuki is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA); a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and a member of the Consumer Culture Theory.

A patient trainer, Dr Michuki, is proficient in facilitating learning, supporting students and has more than a decade’s worth of UK higher education experience in enhancing student learning drawn from an increasingly diverse global audience.

Previously, Dr Michuki has taught and supported student learning in Marketing, Management and research methods since the early 2000s at several private and public HEI in London. He joins the University of West London from Coventry University Group where he taught Marketing, Management and dissertation supervisions whilst serving as an Academic Marker for the Post-Graduate consultancy module in Leadership and Management.

At the University of West London, he currently has course leadership & module leadership responsibilities, whilst also teaching marketing, research and dissertations supervision at both the Undergraduate and Post-graduate levels.
