I qualified as a nutritional therapist in 2006, when I set up my own private practice. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private GP surgeries, complementary health centres, sports clubs and with corporate clients such as Transport for London.

In my private practice I now specialise in supporting people with eating disorders/disordered eating. I combine my skills as a nutritional therapist and psychotherapist with eating disorders training. I am a neuro-affirmative therapist.
