UWL Business, Computing and Engineering Careers Fair was a great success for students

The UWL Business, Computing and Engineering Careers Fair, which took place on 18 October, was a great success as students connected with many employers in our first in-person fair since COVID-19.

Christian Fadoju, Placement Officer at UWL, said:

We had a huge turnout, and it was a fantastic opportunity for our students to get an insight into what their future careers could consist of."

Students had the chance to network with more than 25 employers, including London Stock Exchange Group, Transport for London, HSBC and McGee Group. See the bottom of the article for a complete list of employers.

The fair was an excellent opportunity for employers to meet with students and share their many employment opportunities.

AM CityGrad said: "Really great turnout, a real pleasure meeting with the students (who were very engaging) and look forward to hopefully attending the November events."

Sciurus Analytics said: "We were very impressed by the number of students who attended and how keen they were to find out more about our company."

Students studying at UWL can learn more about job opportunities by joining Careers, Placements, Jobs & Volunteering on Student Hub. The Student Hub has over 1000+ opportunities, including part-time roles, internships, placements and graduate roles.

The room is full of students talking to people from different sectors about careers. A large projection with the title Business, Computing and Engineering Careers Fair.
