Claire joined UWL as Director of Property Services in 2021. Claire has been working with or for the University of West London since 2009, managing property, space and facilities projects and as Deputy Director of Property Services and Head of Capital Projects was responsible for the delivery of the major redevelopment of the SMR site, the Future Campus Project, in 2013-2016.
During her career in construction project management, Claire has held a Directorship at a London-based design and project management company leading the professional consultancy and project activity for her clients as well as contributing to the strategic and managerial direction of the business. Throughout her career Claire has mentored graduates and junior members of staff, including supporting them through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence, which Claire passed in 2010 obtaining her chartered surveyor status. Claire holds a first class bachelor degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth and a master degree in Surveying from the University of Reading.
