Colin Webb

Senior Lecturer in Innovation & Entrepreneurship
The Claude Littner Business School

Colin is an experienced non-exec, mentor, lecturer and CEO/MD. He has built businesses across FMCG, healthcare, B2B and financial services, globally and through multi-channel/ecommerce. His experience stretches from blue chip consumer focused corporations (Unilever, Boots, Aviva) to start up, small and medium-sized businesses; enabling them to scale with professionalism and pace.

He takes pride in developing great people and powerful teams that are obsessed with their customers and end consumers; factors which he believes are the keys to business success. This approach has enabled him to sell two businesses and guide four others as a non-exec director/chair. He has a passion for developing younger people by engaging them with real life business examples and experiences.

Colin’s research interests, in line with his experience, are entrepreneurship, brands and innovation, entrepreneurial finance and medium size enterprises (SME).
