Dr Yehia Nawar is the head of subject for Business, Management and Marketing at University of West London.

Dr Yehia Nawar is active academic research. He is a reviewer at highly ranked four and three-stars academic journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, International Human Resource Journal and Journal of Business Research. He writes and publishes on organisational culture, strategic management and leadership, with some research having been cited in the news media. He is on the editorial board at highly international journals.

Yehia has been experienced in providing consultancy for small to medium-sized enterprises operating in the UK and the Middle East. Yehia is a member of academic bodies in UK such as the British Academy of Management, where he is running a workshop to inspire and help early academic researchers on the use of SPSS and structural equation modelling. He is mastering most of the commonly used Big Data analytics tools. He has published and presented academic articles in a wide range of international conferences. His academic articles have received more than 200 citations on google scholars.

Besides his extensive academic and research experience, Yehia has gained professional experience as a project management consultant with various companies in the UK and France, besides his experience within the Middle East and north African region. Yehia is a member of professional bodies in UK such as the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors.

Yehia continuously inspires and assists undergraduate and postgraduate students to convert their dissertation into journal articles. Yehia is a highly skilled academic with more than 14 years of teaching experience in both Egypt and the UK. His teaching experience includes both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
