An experienced Educator. Florian is a highly motivated Senior Lecturer, having worked both in Higher and Further Education for the last 14 years since his first teaching post at the Slade School of Art, UCL in 2001. Committed to delivering a high-class student experience, it is a core belief of Florian’s that classroom delivery should be tailored to closely match real world professional projects, standards and expectations. This is reflected in Florian’s experience in delivering modules across Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within art, design and media. His experience has been gained working at several central London Universities. Whilst 3D Animation and Digital Media remains Florian’s specialty, of which the educational focus is within Visual Effects Film and Media, Florian also has extensive experience delivering modules on MSc undergraduate courses and within different disciplinary fields. Florian is Course Leader of BA (Hons) Visual Effects in the London School of Film, Media and Design.

Professional in Computer Generated Imagery. With an accomplished portfolio as a commercial 3D Artist, Florian has a unique combination of creativity and technical excellence. Florian has worked with numerous clients in the areas of broadcast and visualization and in visual effects production. Projects he has worked on include 3D animated shorts for BBC broadcast; CBBC, BBC4, UKTV and BBC1, SKY, National Geographic, MTV and Channel 4. Florian  has also collaborated on music promos for record labels including Zuma records and Biglife recordings. Other commercial clients include Loreal, Kelly Hoppen, Rimmel London, Barclays, and Mydeco.
