I started my lecturing profession in 1995 at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. before that, I was a trader and importer. I am an entrepreneur and consultant for business startups with a special focus on consultancy in sourcing, organising, and managing businesses.

Teaching
- I taught and managed providers abroad from 1995 until 2000.
- In the United Kingdom, I taught at many independent higher education providers from 2002 to 2009. I then joined the University of Sunderland (London Campus) from 2009 to 2016 as an associate lecturer, lecturer, and course manager for postgraduate courses.
- I am now working with UWL (CLBS) as a Lecturer since September 2019.
