After a successful career in the hospitality industry working for a variety of company’s including the BBC and Scottish and Newcastle Louise developed a career initially in training and then Education having taught in Further, Higher and Adult Education.  Louise has been a lecturer since 2000 and taught a variety of subject areas.  In 2007 she became part of the team who developed the Edge Hotel School which opened in 2012.  She moved to UWL in 2016 to pursue new challenges.
