Natalie received her PhD in from the University of Toronto, and after leaving academia went to work for early stage biotech and healthtech startups. She is now an experienced Chief Operating Officer and Consultant at the intersection of biotech, digital health and technological advancement, with 15 years of healthcare experience and a strong track record in operations, strategy, growing and scaling diverse teams and cross-functional process development. She is also a Board Member and Advisor to innovative healthcare and technology startups and organizations.
