Dr Peter Pelham

Senior Lecturer
London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism

Originally my background was as a chef. Having gained extensive experience in England and in Europe, I decided to go into teaching. I started at Slough Polytechnic teaching Further Education, which quickly became Thames Valley University. Thames Valley University was the first in the Higher Education sector to offer degree courses to chefs, and I was part of the development team for this innovation. I continue to help develop new modules which reflect the demands on industry.
