Rebecca Mace
Rebecca brings nearly twenty years of teaching experience in secondary schools, spanning various school types such as state, independent, day, boarding, single-sex, and co-educational institutions. Her research focuses on innovative uses of technology, particularly the practical applications of educational technology (EdTech). Rebecca recently completed her doctoral studies at UCL and concurrently served as a part-time Research Associate at the University of Oxford Internet Institute Digital Ethics Lab. Her research explores the profound influence of social media on contemporary self-concept. This inquiry has informed several projects that emphasise technology as a dynamic and creative tool for fostering high-quality learning experiences, all while preserving a steadfast appreciation for the importance of human interaction.
