Understanding UK postgraduate loans

If you are interested in studying a postgraduate level 7 course and need support in understanding using UK Government loans to fund your Masters, our adviser is here to provide guidance, support and information. At the end of the session, our Money Advice Adviser will be available to answer your questions.

Applying for postgraduate study

If you are interested in applying to start a Masters, this webinar will give you an overview of how to apply to a postgraduate course at UWL. You will discover how to best build your postgraduate personal statement and how to make the most out of your experiences and personal styles. At the end of the session, our team will be available to answer any questions.

Preparing for postgraduate study

If studying a Masters course is on your mind and you are curious about what it takes to excel in your postgraduate education, our Study Support team is available to assist you throughout your student journey.

In this webinar, our Study Support Adviser will provide techniques, support and guidance on effectively transitioning onto a level 7 university course and how to best prepare yourself to make the most of your studies. During this webinar you will explore the following:

  • Discover the common worries when starting a Masters and reflect on the learning journey.
  • Recognise being realistic and kind to yourself
  • Understand what is different at Masters level and learn to manage expectations
  • Grasp some of the practical components of postgraduate study
