The Academy's specialist training in hospitality provides you with the skills and knowledge to access employment in the hospitality industry or continue in higher education. We also have courses for you if you're already working in the hospitality industry and want to upgrade or refresh your skills.

Our non-traditional learning environment with hands-on classes and practical teaching and assessment gives all our students practical skills they can directly apply to their work or further study. If you are 16-19 years old, you can join these courses as an alternative to A level study.

Our students also benefit from our strong links with world-renowned employers and associations across the catering and hospitality industry, as noted in the Outstanding Ofsted inspection 2013 (pdf, 115 kb).
