Advertising & PR students stage end-of-year showcase

UWL's BA Advertising and Public Relations class of 2018

The University of West London’s final year students in the BA (Hons) Advertising & Public Relations course are staging ‘Advertising Spring,’ a student showcase on 4 May at Stour Space, 7 Roach Road, Fish Island, London E3 2PA at 7pm.

Every aspect of 'Advertising Spring' has been the responsibility of students like Ana, seen here updating the event website.Students have managed every aspect of the event, from its ideation to sponsorship and media relations, as part of their Interdisciplinary Creative Entrepreneurship module.

Industry guests, academics, and family and friends will join the students to salute their achievements.

Maria D’Souza, Content Partner at Wavemaker and one of the course’s industry advisors, will speak at the event. Students will present creative concepts they have developed over their studies, with work ranging across a diverse range of media. 

The event’s title, ‘Advertising Spring,’ is intended to celebrate the energy and fresh talent of the BA (Hons) Advertising & Public Relations students.

Kasia Murek, student Creative Director of Advertising Spring comments:

We are so excited to host the exhibition and showcase our best creative projects. My classmates and I have been working really hard for the past three years to develop diverse campaign concepts and elevate them to the highest possible standard. We aim to bring Spring to the industry and are ambitious to integrate fresh perspectives in our future work.
