Thursday’s private view was a chance for friends and family to celebrate the students’ achievements with them. Also on the guest list were staff and industry experts who had been guest speakers or worked with students on the course across the three years.

The competition, which matched teams of students with professional mentors to develop their technical skills, teamwork and professionalism, was a collaboration between a number of local councils and the West London Film & TV Skills Academy.

Monday 27 May saw the return of the University of West London’s annual staff vs students football competition, held at Brentford FC’s Gtech Community Stadium as part of UWL’s partnership with the Premier League side.
