Our BA (Hons) Advertising and Public Relations course develops core skills in market analysis, communications strategy, creative development, and digital media that serve you well in advertising, public relations and other communication roles.

Your teaching follows current and emerging trends, focusing heavily on digital media using our state-of-the-art facilities. You will engage in a range of workshops, seminars and lectures that nurture creativity. Learning experiences also build strong skills in strategy development, writing and public speaking.

Foundation Year degree

Our BA (Hons) Advertising and Public Relations with Foundation Year is a four-year course that begins with a foundation year in advertising and public relations to prepare you for undergraduate degree-level study. This is a good place to start for anyone who is returning to study or does not have the right qualifications to enter directly onto the BA (Hons) Advertising and Public Relations.

UWL - PRCA Partner University
UWL's BA (Hons) Advertising and PR course holds Partner University membership with the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA). This allows our students to be members of the PRCA, benefiting from industry talks and extensive networking opportunities.
